PROCESSING TIME
Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.
POSSIBLE DELAYS
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our Fed Ex Ground, or international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED
Any orders that exceed 4 products, or $500/per order will require an Adult Signature. This may delay your order, so please plan ahead. Fed Ex does offer alternative pickup locations. If a request is made to remove the signature of a package, then Black Orchid Denim is not liable for any missing items.
SHIPPING ORDER CONFIRMATION
When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to where you can track your order online. Please allow up to one day for the tracking info to update.
P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO/DPO SHIPPING
We now ship FREE to military addresses using USPS Priority Mail. Transit times vary and are not guaranteed by USPS. At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For shipping internationally, just add items to your bag and then click on the CHECKOUT button. We will calculate and display your total including shipping costs. Any applicable duties, and taxes as determined by the destination country’s customs authority are not included and are due upon delivery.
