Return Policy

30 DAY RETURNS

Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and placed back into original bag with all labels and tags attached. Not placing items back into original bag will delay processing of your return. Black Orchid reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

 

EXCHANGES

You may exchange your items following our return process. In the Refund Estimate select the box next to 'Is this an Exchange?' and specify which item(s) you would like to exchange. Then let us know the new style(s) you are requesting in the addidtional feeback section. A credit card will only be required if there is a greater price difference, or if exchange shipping needs to be covered.

 

RETURN PROCESS

1. Visit BlackOrchidDenim.com, locate Returns in Customer Care at the top of the website.

2. Input your Email Address or Order Number.

3. Select items you wish to return, quantity, and reason.

4. Your refund estimate will then be shown, here you can select if your return is an exchange. *(see EXCHANGES)

5. Click confirm and you will receive a return label to print. *(International customers see below)

6. Pack and seal your return items securely, include this form and return to any local Post Office (USPS).

 

DOMESTIC RETURNS

Please allow 1 week for us to process your return package upon receipt. Your refund will be issued back to your original form of payment. A restocking fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund, unless an Exchange was requested. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

*We are not able to provide return labels for International shipments. You are responsible for any return shipping charges and we will waive the $8 restocking fee. Please allow 1 week for us to process your return package upon receipt. Your refund will be issued back to your original form of payment, unless an Exchange was requested.
