We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Unwashed and unworn merchandise may be returned within 14 days upon delivery for either an exchange or refund. We will gladly exchange and ship ground service to you at no additional charge (applicable in the contiguous US only). The refund will be in the same form as the original purchase. Please note for all refunds there will a $10 restocking fee.

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.


1.     Visit, locate the Returns/Exchanges section under Customer Care.

2.     Click the Return Portal to begin your return process.

3.     Input your order # and zip code located on your invoice.

4.     Select items you wish to return, quantity, and reason. Please note you can specify product size on return form.

5.     Click submit request and you will receive a return label to print.

6.     Pack and seal your return items securely, make sure to include this return form.

7.     Take your package to any authorized FedEx location. Upon receipt of returned goods, Black Orchid reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

Please allow 1 week for us to receive your return package. All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
