 RETURN POLICY

 

Domestic Orders

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Unwashed and unworn merchandise may be returned within 14 days upon delivery of merchandise for either exchange or refund. Your refund will credited back in the same form as the original purchase. For your convenience, a prepaid shipping label is included in all domestic (i.e. 48 contiguous United States) orders. We will gladly honor a one time exchange and ship ground service to you at no additional charge. After the first exchange, you will be responsible for any return shipping charges.

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.

RETURN PROCESS

1.      Log into your Black Orchid account and locate the order history under ORDERS

2.      Locate your order number and click Refund Items

3.      Choose which items you would like to return, Add Quantity, Return Reason, Return Action and any Additional Comments.

4.      Click  Submit Return Request and you should receive a confirmation email

5.      Pack and seal your return items securely and use the provided pre-paid return label

6.      Take your package to any authorized FedEx location. Upon receipt of returned goods, Black Orchid reserves the right to deny refund if                        the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

7.      You should receive an email confirmation once we receive and process your return

If you have checked out as a Guest, pack and seal your return items along with this return form. Use the provided prepaid return label and drop off your package at your nearest FED EX location.

Please allow 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return package. All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

REFUNDS TO CREDIT CARD

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
