RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Log into your Black Orchid account and locate the order history under ORDERS
- Locate your order number and click Refund Items
- Choose which items you would like to return, Add Quantity, Return Reason, Return Action and any Additional Comments.
- Click Submit Return Request and you should receive a confirmation email
- Pack and seal your return items securely and use the provided pre-paid return label
- Take your package to any authorized FedEx location. Upon receipt of returned goods, Black Orchid reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
- You should receive an email confirmation once we receive and process your return
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a
delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Take your package to any authorized carrier location.
REFUNDS TO CREDIT CARD
Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
